Facility/Kennel Support

Sara S.

Sara is a very important part of our FAH team. She assists the kennel staff, helps the technical staff and keeps the entire hospital clean and orderly. She also makes the best coffee ever! One of Sara’s favorite quotes is “If you see someone without a smile, give them yours!” Sara was born and raised in Korona, Florida. Her family helped to settle and establish Korona back in 1914 when they immigrated from Poland. Sara is a third generation Korona-Floridian. Sara graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School. She graduated with honors and attended the Flagler County Service Learning with the Legacy Program held at Princess Place Preserve. She learned to improve the environment, build trails for tourists, and conduct tours for senior citizens and elementary school children. Sara and her family have had a large variety of pets since she was a baby. They had chickens, opossums, raccoons, dogs, cats, lizards, ferrets and even a pet owl. She’s always loved animals and has strived to work in a field that provides care for them. Sara and her boyfriend Terry are the proud parents of 4 Pomeranian/Yorkie mixes, Ripley, Bishop, Morty and VooDoo and their mother, Calypso, a Pomeranian. They also have a Doll Face Persian (Darwin) a polydactyl cat (Weyland) and an Opal Beta, Spookshow. Sara loves anything that involves nature. She enjoys walking trails, going to the beach or the springs. She feels her happiest when she’s outdoors with her pups. Sara is a very important part of our FAH team.
